About Learn Thru Practice
Learn Thru Practice turns India's primary public sources into daily UPSC Civil Services Prelims preparation. Each day we take government press releases and newspaper journalism, rate every item for exam relevance, and turn the most useful ones into study notes and exam-style questions.
Where the content comes from
- PIB (Press Information Bureau) — official Government of India press releases, linked back to the original on pib.gov.in.
- The Hindu — daily articles relevant to the UPSC syllabus, summarised and rated.
Sourcing and AI guardrails
For PIB content the generator is restricted to official Government of India sources only — a curated whitelist of government domains, not the open web. Each generated question must cite the facts it was built from, and an automated validator rejects any question that isn't grounded in the retrieved sources. Every study note carries a Sources section listing its references.
All study notes, ratings, and questions are AI-generated, with no human subject-matter expert review. The guardrails reduce errors but don't eliminate them — cross-check anything important against the original PIB release or official document. See the disclaimer for full model details.
