Launch of Integrated Fertilizers claim process, a significant process for achieving Viksit Bharat: Shri J P Nadda

• e-Bill System is a fully digital, end-to-end fertilizer subsidy claim and disbursal platform launched by the Department of Fertilizers, Ministry of Chemicals & Fertilizers on 1 January 2026 by Union Minister Shri J P Nadda.
• It will process ~₹2 lakh crore of annual fertilizer subsidy through a single digital pipeline, replacing manual/physical bill submission.
• Positioned as a flagship reform under Digital India and the Viksit Bharat @2047 vision; relevant for GS-II (governance, DBT) and GS-III (agriculture subsidies, fiscal management).
