Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY), IndiaAI, Government of Assam and IIT Guwahati Conclude Day 2 of Human Capital Working Group Meeting

• A two-day thematic working group meeting (5–6 January 2026) co-hosted by MeitY, IndiaAI Mission, Government of Assam and IIT Guwahati at the IIT Guwahati campus.
• Acted as a thematic precursor to the India AI Impact Summit 2026 (Bharat Mandapam, New Delhi, 16–20 Feb 2026).
• Day 2 focused on National Language Translation Mission (NLTM), BHASHINI, AI-enabled education and regional-language AI infrastructure.
• Relevant for UPSC under GS-III (S&T, IT, indigenous AI) and GS-II (governance, education reform).
