• G-RAM-G = Viksit Bharat – Guarantee for Rozgar and Ajeevika Mission (Gramin), a statutory rural wage-employment programme enacted via the VB–G RAM G Act, 2025, repealing MGNREGA, 2005 w.e.f. 1 July 2026.
• Reframes India's rural employment guarantee around 125 days/household/year, digital governance, normative state-wise allocation, and convergent planning.
• Implemented by the Ministry of Rural Development as a Centrally Sponsored Scheme with shared Centre–State responsibility.
• High UPSC salience: tests on rights-based welfare evolution, fiscal federalism, DBT/digital public infrastructure, and Centre–State scheme architecture.
