• VOPPA Order, 2025 = amendment to the Vegetable Oil Products, Production and Availability (Regulation) Order, 2011, mandating registration + monthly returns by all edible-oil manufacturers, processors, blenders & re-packers.
• Notified by Department of Food & Public Distribution (DFPD), Ministry of Consumer Affairs, Food & Public Distribution; issued under Section 3 of the Essential Commodities Act, 1955 with data provisions anchored in the Collection of Statistics Act, 2008.
