PRIME MINISTER SHRI NARENDRA MODI INAUGURATES 28th CONFERENCE OF SPEAKERS AND PRESIDING OFFICERS OF THE COMMONWEALTH (CSPOC)

• CSPOC is a non-political forum of Commonwealth parliamentary presiding officers, founded in 1969 at the initiative of Canadian Speaker Lucien Lamoureux.
• India hosted the 28th edition in New Delhi, 14–16 January 2026, inaugurated by PM Narendra Modi at the Central Hall of Samvidhan Sadan (old Parliament building).
