Secretary (Defence Production) to lead Indian delegation to Kenya for 3rd India-Kenya Defence Exhibition & Seminar

• 3rd India–Kenya Defence Exhibition & Seminar held at Nairobi on 19 January 2026, organised under the Brand India initiative of the Department of Defence Production (DDP), Ministry of Defence.
• A four-member Indian delegation led by Secretary (Defence Production) Shri Sanjeev Kumar visited Kenya from 19–21 January 2026 to showcase India's defence manufacturing and export ecosystem.
• Operationalises India's defence-export-led diplomacy with East Africa, riding on the Aatmanirbhar Bharat thrust and the Indian Ocean Region (IOR) strategic outreach.
