Postal Channel Enabled with Export Benefits for MSMEs and Small Exporters

• Department of Posts (DoP) operationalised extension of three key export incentives — Duty Drawback, RoDTEP and RoSCTL — for goods exported via the postal channel, w.e.f. 15 January 2026.
• Targets MSMEs, artisans, start-ups and small exporters who use the post for low- and medium-value international consignments.
• Brings postal exports on par with courier exports (which received similar benefits in September 2024) and air-cargo, ending a long-standing parity gap.
