• SAMPANN (System for Accounting and Management of Pension) is the digital pension platform of the Office of Controller General of Communication Accounts (CGCA) under the Department of Telecommunications (DoT), Ministry of Communications.
• Recently integrated with DigiLocker, allowing DoT/BSNL/MTNL pensioners paperless, anytime access to e-PPOs, Gratuity Sanction Orders, Communication Sanctions and Form-16.
• Relevant for UPSC under Digital India, e-governance reforms, and pension administration (GS-II).
