• Pivots the global AI discourse from risk-only (Bletchley) and action (Paris) to Impact, Inclusion and Safety for the Global South.
• Showcases India's sovereign AI stack under the IndiaAI Mission (compute, datasets, foundation models, safety) and its semiconductor roadmap.
