ICAR– Borlaug Institute for South Asia Jointly Organise NICRA Review and ACASA–India Launch Workshop

• Joint workshop by ICAR and Borlaug Institute for South Asia (BISA) held in New Delhi on 23 January 2026 to review 15 years of NICRA and launch ACASA–India, a digital climate-adaptation atlas.
• Inaugurated by Dr. M. L. Jat, Secretary (DARE) & DG (ICAR) on Basant Panchami, signalling a pivot to data-driven, location-specific climate-resilient agri-food planning.
