IMPLEMENTATION OF PAIMANA

• PAIMANA = Project Assessment Infrastructure Monitoring and Analytics for Nation-Building, a web-based monitoring system of the Ministry of Statistics & Programme Implementation (MoSPI) for Central Sector Infrastructure Projects costing ≥ ₹150 crore.
• It replaced OCMS-2006 (Online Computerized Monitoring System) and was launched on 25 September 2025.
• Relevant for UPSC under governance, e-governance, infrastructure monitoring, and "One Data One Entry" digital-government reforms.
