CONSTRUCTION OF TRIBAL FREEDOM FIGHTERS’ MUSEUMS

• Tribal Freedom Fighters' Museums (TFFMs) are a Ministry of Tribal Affairs (MoTA) initiative to commemorate tribal contributions to India's freedom struggle, sanctioned in 10 States.
• Funded under the Centrally Sponsored Scheme "Support to Tribal Research Institute (TRI)" and Article 275(1) Proviso grants.
• Relevant for GS-I (Modern Indian History — tribal revolts) and GS-II (welfare schemes, Centre-State implementation).
