- Pilot coverage limited to four states: Sikkim, Mizoram, Nagaland, Uttarakhand, with a total outlay of ₹43.91 crore.
- Sits under the broader umbrella of "Improving Disaster Risk Governance" of SDMAs/DDMAs — examinable for GS-III (Disaster Management).
