- Articulates the vision "Sahkar Se Samriddhi" (Prosperity through Cooperation) as a vehicle for Viksit Bharat @ 2047; structured around 6 pillars, 16 objectives, 83 recommendations.
- Examinable across GS-II (governance, policy) and GS-III (economy, cooperatives, agriculture); aligns with the UN International Year of Cooperatives 2025.
