All India Institute of Ayurveda Signs MoU with General Insurance Council to Provide Cashless Treatment Facility under 32 Insurance Companies

• All India Institute of Ayurveda (AIIA), an autonomous body under the Ministry of Ayush, signed a Common Empanelment MoU with the General Insurance Council (GIC) on 10 February 2026, empanelling AIIA with all 32 general insurance companies for cashless Ayurveda treatment.
• First-ever formal empanelment of an Ayush institution with the GIC — a landmark integration of traditional medicine into India's mainstream health insurance ecosystem.
