IWAI Facilitates ODC Movement via Inland Waterways to Boost Assam’s Semiconductor Ecosystem

• Inland Waterways Authority of India (IWAI) moved a 189.260 MT Over Dimensional Cargo (ODC) consignment via National Waterway-2 (Brahmaputra) to feed the Tata semiconductor (OSAT) plant at Morigaon, Assam.
• Demonstrates convergence of Sagarmala-style multi-modal logistics, India Semiconductor Mission (ISM) and Act East connectivity through the Indo-Bangladesh Protocol Route (IBPR).
