INFRASTRUCTURE OF EKLAVYA MODEL RESIDENTIAL SCHOOL

• EMRS = central sector scheme of Ministry of Tribal Affairs (MoTA) to provide free, quality, residential education (Classes VI–XII) to Scheduled Tribe (ST) students, on par with Navodaya/Kendriya Vidyalayas.
• Implemented through the autonomous body National Education Society for Tribal Students (NESTS) in coordination with State EMRS Societies.
