White revolution 2.0

• Cooperative-led dairy expansion programme launched by the Ministry of Cooperation (with Ministry of Fisheries, Animal Husbandry & Dairying) to scale dairy cooperatives in uncovered panchayats and raise farmer incomes.
• Builds on Verghese Kurien's Operation Flood ("White Revolution 1.0") under NDDB; relevant for GS-III (agriculture, cooperatives, food processing) and GS-II (welfare schemes).
• SOP launched 19 September 2024; target horizon 2028-29.
