PM to inaugurate Seva Teerth and Kartavya Bhavan-1 & 2 on 13th February

• Seva Teerth and Kartavya Bhavan-1 & 2 are newly constructed buildings in the Common Central Secretariat (CCS) under the Central Vista Redevelopment Project, inaugurated by PM Modi on 13 February 2026.
• Aimed at co-locating apex executive offices and ministries to streamline inter-ministerial coordination and modernise India's governance architecture.
• UPSC relevance: GS-II (governance, executive structure) and GS-III (infrastructure, green building tech).
