• New Delhi Declaration is a joint statement by leading global 6G alliances issued at the International Bharat 6G Symposium 2025 (alongside India Mobile Congress 2025), positioning 6G as a "global public good".
• Bharat 6G Alliance (B6GA) is India's apex industry-academia-government platform under the Department of Telecommunications (DoT), Ministry of Communications, set up to drive 6G R&D, standards and IPR.
• Relevant for GS-II (international agreements) and GS-III (S&T, indigenous tech, IPR).
