• MILAN is the Indian Navy's flagship multilateral naval exercise, hosted biennially by the Eastern Naval Command (ENC), Visakhapatnam.
• MILAN 2026 was a maritime convergence of 74 countries held 15–25 Feb 2026, alongside IFR 2026 and the IONS Conclave of Chiefs.
• The "MILAN Village" — inaugurated 15 Feb 2026 — is a curated experience zone for delegates from 70+ navies promoting cultural exchange beyond the professional drill.
