Amid the AI Summit in Delhi, Union Minister Shri Shivraj Singh Chouhan launched the artificial intelligence-based scheme ‘Bharat VISTAAR’ Phase 1 in Rajasthan

• Bharat-VISTAAR = Virtually Integrated System To Access Agricultural Resources — a multilingual, voice-first, AI-powered Digital Public Infrastructure (DPI) for farmer advisory.
• Launched Phase 1 on 17 February 2026 at Jaipur, Rajasthan by Union Agriculture Minister Shri Shivraj Singh Chouhan during the AI Summit, Delhi week.
• Single-window AI helpline 155261 delivers advisory on weather, mandi prices, pests, soil, schemes via call/chatbot.
• Examinable as a flagship AI-in-Agriculture / e-Governance / Digital Public Infrastructure initiative.
