• NeSDA Way Forward Monthly Report tracks the saturation of e-services delivered by States/UTs through unified service delivery portals, published by DARPG under the Ministry of Personnel, Public Grievances & Pensions.
• The framework operationalises India's e-governance push by benchmarking States/UTs against a basket of mandatory e-services across defined sectors, modelled on the UN e-Government Survey's Online Service Index (OSI) customised for India's federal structure.
