Union Minister of Minority Affairs & Parliamentary Affairs Shri Kiren Rijiju launches NIGRANI App, Haj Wrist band and AI Chatbots of Ministry during formal inauguration of Chintan Shivir today

• Three digital initiatives — NIGRANI App, Haj Suvidha Smart Wristband, and AI Chatbots — launched by Union Minister Kiren Rijiju at the Chintan Shivir of the Ministry of Minority Affairs (MoMA).
• Held at Nalanda University, Rajgir, Bihar (18–19 Feb 2026), the Shivir framed a policy roadmap for minority welfare under Viksit Bharat @2047.
• Examinable as a convergence of e-governance, welfare schemes (PMJVK, PMVIKAS, NMDFC, UMEED), and Haj management reforms.
