India and Brazil Exchange MoU to Strengthen Cooperation in Pharmaceutical and Medical Products Regulation

• MoU exchanged between India's CDSCO and Brazil's ANVISA establishing a structured framework for regulatory cooperation on pharmaceuticals, biologicals and medical devices.
• Signed during President Lula da Silva's State Visit to India (18–22 Feb 2026); exchanged on 21 Feb 2026 at Hyderabad House, New Delhi in the presence of PM Modi and President Lula.
