Flash Report on Central Sector Infrastructure Projects worth ₹150 crore and above

• Flash Report (FR) is a monthly publication by Ministry of Statistics & Programme Implementation (MoSPI) tracking time and cost overruns of all Central Sector infrastructure projects costing ₹150 crore and above.
• From July 2025, the report is web-generated via the new PAIMANA portal (Project Assessment, Infrastructure Monitoring & Analytics for Nation-building), which replaced OCMS-2006.
• UPSC relevance: classic GS-III "infrastructure & investment" topic — directly testable on portal names, monitoring threshold, ministry, and overrun trends.
