Dr. Jitendra Singh Proposes India–Delaware Biomanufacturing Working Group

• Proposal by Union Minister of S&T Dr. Jitendra Singh for a structured India–Delaware (USA) Working Group on advanced biomanufacturing to translate dialogue into research, manufacturing and startup collaboration.
• Announced during a meeting with US delegation led by Delaware Governor Matt Meyer at Seva Teerth, New Delhi on 02 March 2026.
• Locks into India's broader BioE3 Policy (2024) push to make India a top-5 global biomanufacturing hub; relevant for GS-II (IR) and GS-III (S&T, Economy).
