National cooperative database

• National Cooperative Database (NCD) is a centralised web-portal repository on Indian cooperative societies, developed by the Ministry of Cooperation, providing single-point access to information on over 8.4 lakh cooperatives with ~31 crore members across 30 sectors.
• Accessible at https://cooperatives.gov.in; launched 8 March 2024 by Union Home & Cooperation Minister Amit Shah.
