• Topic blends scheme statics (Prelims) with agrarian welfare, DBT efficiency and fiscal cost debates (Mains GS-II/GS-III).
• 22nd instalment milestone shows scale: ₹18,640 crore to 9.32 crore farmers, lifting cumulative outgo past ₹4.27 lakh crore.
