• Bharat-VISTAAR = Virtually Integrated System to Access Agricultural Resources; a nationwide, AI-powered, voice-first, multilingual Digital Public Infrastructure (DPI) for farmer advisory.
• Announced in Union Budget 2026-27 with an allocation of Rs. 150 crore under the Ministry of Agriculture & Farmers' Welfare.
• Relevant for UPSC as a convergence of AgriStack, DPI, AI-for-agriculture and farmer-welfare policy — testable across GS-II (governance/welfare) and GS-III (agriculture, S&T).
