• ₹100 crore Integrated Aqua Park sanctioned for District Anantnag, J&K under PMMSY Phase-II, announced by Union Minister FAH&D Rajiv Ranjan Singh.
• Announcement made at the first-ever National Conference on Cold-Water Fisheries at SKICC, Srinagar on 14 March 2026; "Model Guidelines for Development of Cold-Water Fisheries" released.
