• Outlay of ₹10,000 crore over five years, announced in Union Budget 2026-27 under the Department of Pharmaceuticals, Ministry of Chemicals & Fertilizers.
• Aspirants must know it as India's flagship push to move beyond generic/conventional pharma into advanced biologics, biosimilars, gene therapy, and bio-manufacturing, complementing PLI-Pharma and BioE3 policy.
