PARLIAMENT QUESTION: TECHNOLOGY TRANSLATION RESEARCH PARKS (TTRP)

• TTRPs (Technology Translation Research Parks) are upgraded Technology Innovation Hubs (TIHs) under the National Mission on Interdisciplinary Cyber-Physical Systems (NM-ICPS), mandated to convert lab-stage CPS research into market-ready products.
• Funded by the Department of Science & Technology (DST); four TTRPs have been sanctioned in 2025 across robotics/AI, cybersecurity, mining, and digital healthcare.
• Relevant for GS-III (Science & Tech, Indigenisation, IPR/Innovation ecosystem).
