• PAIMANA = Project Assessment Infrastructure Monitoring and Analytics for Nation-Building — a web-based monitoring system of MoSPI for Central Sector Infrastructure Projects costing ₹150 crore and above.
• Replaces the legacy OCMS-2006 (Online Computerized Monitoring System); operationalises the "One Data One Entry" principle through API integration with DPIIT's IPMP.
• UPSC relevance: governance-tech, infrastructure delays (cost/time overruns), federal data systems, PRAGATI ecosystem.
