• Spans foundational AI literacy (YUVA AI for All), structured workforce skilling (SOAR – Skilling for AI Readiness), and hands-on infrastructure (IndiaAI Data & AI Labs in Tier-2/3 cities).
• UPSC relevance: GS-II (government schemes, education) and GS-III (S&T, employment, IT-AI policy) — a frequent prelims/mains hook on India's AI capacity-building architecture.
