PM to visit Uttar Pradesh on 28th March

• Noida International Airport (NIA) at Jewar, Gautam Buddha Nagar (UP) — India's newest greenfield airport, inaugurated by PM Modi on 28 March 2026, becomes the second international airport for the Delhi-NCR region.
• Developed under a PPP model with Yamuna International Airport Pvt Ltd (YIAPL) — a wholly-owned subsidiary of Zurich Airport International AG — as concessionaire for 40 years (from 1 Oct 2021).
• Designed as a Multi-Modal Transport Hub + Multi-Modal Cargo Hub; investment ~₹11,200 crore for Phase I.
• UPSC relevance: PPP in infrastructure, civil aviation policy (UDAN, NCAP-2016), regional connectivity, logistics (PM Gati Shakti / National Logistics Policy).
