• Gruh Sugam Portal is a digital home-loan facilitation platform launched by the National Housing Bank (NHB) for Defence personnel, paramilitary forces and Central/State government employees.
• Allows uniformed/government applicants to file a home-loan request from their place of posting, receive competitive bids from registered lenders, and choose the best offer — without physical bank visits.
