ATL Sarthi & Mentor India Academy launched in Telangana to power School-to-Startup innovation across 379 Atal Tinkering Labs

• ATL Sarthi (a monitoring/handholding framework) and Mentor India Academy (a structured mentor-training arm) were launched in Telangana on 04 April 2026 by the Atal Innovation Mission (AIM), NITI Aayog, to power a "School-to-Startup" pipeline across 379 Atal Tinkering Labs (ATLs) in the state.
• Relevant for UPSC as a flagship of AIM 2.0 under Viksit Bharat 2047, intersecting GS-II (governance/education) and GS-III (S&T, innovation, startup ecosystem).
