• PLFS is India's flagship household survey on employment & unemployment, conducted by the National Statistical Office (NSO) under MoSPI; the Monthly Bulletin is a new high-frequency output added from April 2025 after a methodology revamp.
• Key indicators tracked: Labour Force Participation Rate (LFPR), Worker Population Ratio (WPR), Unemployment Rate (UR) — released under Current Weekly Status (CWS) for persons aged 15+.
