Nasha Mukt Bharat Abhiyaan (NMBA) App 2.0 to be launched to strengthen monitoring and institutional coordination under National Action Plan for Drug Demand Reduction (NAPDDR)

• NMBA App 2.0 is an upgraded digital monitoring/dashboard tool under the Nasha Mukt Bharat Abhiyaan, a flagship anti-drug demand reduction campaign of the Department of Social Justice & Empowerment (M/o Social Justice & Empowerment).
• Nests inside the larger National Action Plan for Drug Demand Reduction (NAPDDR) 2018–2025, India's centrally-sponsored umbrella scheme on demand-side drug control.
• Examinable for Prelims (scheme-ministry-year mapping) and Mains GS-II (social-sector governance) and GS-III (internal security – drug trafficking).
