Flash Report on Central Sector Infrastructure Projects worth ₹150 crore and above

• A monthly statutory monitoring report published by the Ministry of Statistics and Programme Implementation (MoSPI) on all Central Sector infrastructure projects costing ₹150 crore or more.
• From 2025 onwards, generated through the PAIMANA portal (Project Assessment, Infrastructure Monitoring & Analytics for Nation-building), which replaced the legacy OCMS (Online Computerized Monitoring System) of 2006.
• Examinable for UPSC because it is the principal evidence base on cost overruns, time overruns and capex execution in India's infrastructure pipeline.
