• Event combines rural road connectivity (PMGSY) with DAY-NRLM "Lakhpati Didi" push — release of ₹4,568.23 crore central share to 24 States/UTs under DAY-NRLM.
• Examines integration of J&K into national development mainstream post-Article 370 reorganisation, via flagship rural schemes.
