• Anchored in the Ek Bharat Shreshtha Bharat (EBSB) framework; positions handloom as "sustainable luxury" with an artisan-centric value chain.
• Relevant for UPSC themes: cultural integration, handloom economy, GI ecosystem, NER development, and CPSE-led craft promotion.
