• ₹169 crore (€15.2 million) joint India–EU call for proposals for EV battery recycling, launched under the India-EU Trade & Technology Council (TTC), Working Group-2 on Green and Clean Energy Technologies.
• Operationalises the circular economy and critical raw materials security dimensions of the India-EU partnership; relevant for GS-II (international relations) and GS-III (S&T, environment, economy).
