• 101 auctioned mineral blocks have been operationalized since the auction regime began under the MMDR Amendment Act, 2015.
• Reform shifts mineral allocation from discretionary First-Come-First-Served (FCFS) to transparent competitive auction, anchored to Viksit Bharat 2047 and Aatmanirbhar Bharat.
