Land Stack Initiative to Usher in Transparent and Citizen-Centric Land Management, Ensure Hassle-Free Services and Help Resolve Long-Standing Land Disputes: Shri Shivraj Singh Chouhan
- Land Stack is a proposed layer of India's Digital Public Infrastructure (DPI) aimed at integrating land records, registration, mutation, valuation and land-use services on interoperable digital rails.
- Announced by Union Minister for Rural Development & Agriculture, Shri Shivraj Singh Chouhan at a DoLR review meeting on 8 May 2026.
- Builds on the Digital India Land Records Modernization Programme (DILRMP), ULPIN/Bhu-Aadhaar, NGDRS and SVAMITVA — relevant for GS-II (governance, e-gov) and GS-III (agriculture, infrastructure).
