IndiaAI signs MoU with Karya to strengthen inclusive AI ecosystem

• IndiaAI Mission (MeitY) signed an MoU with Karya, a nonprofit, on 13 May 2026 to advance India's inclusive AI ecosystem via data, tech, and capacity-building cooperation.
• Core deliverable: development, curation and sharing of high-quality language and multimodal datasets to feed representative AI systems.
• Anchored on AIKosh (India's national AI dataset/model repository) and model-evaluation frameworks.
