• ₹189.79 crore convergence-led mission for Ginger Cultivation & Value Chain Development in Mizoram, anchored by Ministry of Development of North Eastern Region (MDoNER).
• Targets GI-certified Mizo ginger (high oleoresin pharma-grade) for premium global markets — a model of "whole-of-government" convergence for North-East horticulture.
• Examinable as GS-III (Agri value chain, NE economy) and GS-II (centrally-sponsored convergence, federal cooperation).
