Ministry of Ayush Signs MoU with Digital India BHASHINI Division to Strengthen Multilingual Ayush Digital Services

• MoU signed 14 May 2026 between Ministry of Ayush and Digital India BHASHINI Division (DIBD) under MeitY to enable AI-powered transcription/translation of Ayush content into Indian languages.
• Operationalised under the "BHASHINI Rajyam – A BHASHINI Sahayogi Program", integrating BHASHINI (India's National Language Digital Public Infrastructure) into Ayush platforms.
• Targets coverage in all 22 Scheduled Indian languages (Eighth Schedule) across Ayush Grid portals, apps and AI tools.
• UPSC relevance: intersection of e-Governance, Digital Public Infrastructure (DPI), traditional medicine policy, and linguistic federalism.
